Phoenix is about to name either Pepsi or Coke the "official soft drink of the city", and give exclusive vending machine rights in city offices. I'm sure like any other "Official product of...." the contract is going to the highest bidder. Personally, I find it an interesting alternative income source for the city, and a nice way to avoid a tax increase to maintain or increase spending. Nothing to see here, move along.
