Nah... I doubt Groundspeak has anything to do with it.


The "Under construction" page only means that someone has registered the site... it doesn't mean that someone is actually working on putting a site up.


Someone probably registered the name a while ago and is holding onto it until they think they can sell it or use it.

correct. used to be that they had, eg., ca.us, but now they appear to be using ca.gov, as in http://www.ca.gov. Oregon is http://www.oregon.gov. Just to be consistent.




Fairly new request, the approval date is June 28, 2002. Someone else trying to re-invent the Wheel?
