Guest Chris Juricich
I placed a cache in what has, thus far, been considered 'ingenious' (thank you, thank you) but as it's in a fairly well-travelled spot, was rather quickly discovered and ransacked. As it's an ammobox and... er, difficult to remove from it's current location, the contents could easily become history but the cache container itself? It remains difficult to screw with! So... should I simply leave the ammobox there but note changes in its status? Would it become a 'virtual' cache? Can I change the description on the cachesite announcement page? Suggestions? Make it a 2-stage cache, with the combination at the first cache site. Given time & the right equipment, any lock can be broken, but it might discourage the average joe. Quote Link to comment
