Up through GCFFFF, the last four characters were the hexadecimal version of the cache ID. From GCG000 and up, the last four characters are a base-31 (digits: "0123456789ABCDEFGHJKMNPQRTVWXYZ") version of (cache ID + 411120). The 411120 offset makes ID 65536 (GCG000) come right after ID 65535 (GCFFFF).
