Guest bearboy
I have been going to yard sales and finding lots of good containers real cheap. You can find an interesting item to put in a cache also.Besides the store where do you find your cache containers???? Quote Link to comment
Guest gstrong1
I use 30 & 50 cal. ammo cans from www.cheaperthandirt.com Price is right, delivery is very reasonable & they will hold up great in any weather conditions. Got 12 caches out there now in ammo cans & no problems with moisture or anything else so far. ------------------ Gary "Gimpy" Strong Rochester,NY [This message has been edited by gstrong1 (edited 14 July 2001).] [This message has been edited by gstrong1 (edited 14 July 2001).] Quote Link to comment

Guest Paul Lamble
This is by no means an original idea of mine, but my last two caches for 4 inch diameter PVC pipe, sealed at one end, with a removeable top at the other. I painted them to blend well with their hiding places. One is hanging in a tree. The diameter restricts the types of things you can put in them, but it is a pretty good container.
