South_Cache
Louisiana it is 31F 8:00pm. It barely got above freezing all day. Not good for the strawberry crop. The first berrys are due in a couple of weeks. Supposed to be back in the 60s by Sunday. Fair winds, Capn Skully Quote Link to comment
+Team Tired Feet
Here in Lexington, it's 17F, but it feels like 5F. Strawberries would be freezedried here. I wish it were 31F. Quote Link to comment
+briansnat
Huh? It was 2 this morning in NJ. Got up to 18. I spoke to my sister-in-law in Vermont and it was -14 at her house. And I'm driving up to go skiing tomorrow. Should be fun! "Paternalism is the greatist despotism" - Emmanual Kant Quote Link to comment
Brogan
We are getting a group together tomorrow to do some night caching, should be fun with near zero temps and 2-3ft of snow! Quote Link to comment
+USAF_Park
The cold just builds charactor. Went caching in the single digits with a wind chill well below zero. YEE HAAA Hoo Ahhh Quote Link to comment
+Freelens&Mosie
It snowed in Cape Canaveral yesterday. I'm thinking Jamaica. If I ever see another snow flake it will be too soon. I do love all you people who love the cold and snow however. If it weren't for people like you Paradise would be more crowded than it already is. A day without sunshine is like ...night. +rdw
It has been cold in southern Illinois the last few days but every time I think the weather is bad I check the weather on Mt. Washington. 32 below zero with winds steady in the 120s, gusting to 140+, helps put everything in perspective. I still wish it would warm up though. rdw Quote Link to comment

+Captain Morgan
Hi fellows ! Your discussion about "cold" weather makes me smile, sorry. Here in Finland we have had already about -40 F in north and -27,5 F in south during this winter. Yesterday was warm here in south, +35.6 F, but now it's going down and the rest of the week will be something like -28 - -32 F. But it does not matter, we'll just keep on caching Quote Link to comment
