I thought that this was a local thing, but then I noticed that there is a Candlelight Vigil Cache as well. Maybe this is nationwide? (it was 12.00 (noon)) Trains stopped, cars stopped on the highway, all radio- and televisionstations were silent. We all want to help the Americans!! However, they are also open, generous and relatively soft-hearted...and, unlike many other nations, they tend to pull together like fingers in a fist when faced with a common, acknowledged enemy. ----------------- It is truly refreshing to see us all coming together for a change.
