Guest cabingirl Posted August 23, 2001 Share Posted August 23, 2001 I was listening to NPR's All Things Considered today and they interviewed Sam Wormley from Iowa State about GPS technology. Robert Seigel asked him about any odd uses for GPSs and he briefly explained geocaching. Oddly enough, the interview was part of a story about a sex offender in California who will be required to wear a gps transmitter on his ankle when he is released.
