trash removal mechanical device pick up

I like the idea of "cache in trash out" and was googling around trying to find a handy-dandy litter grabbing doohicky.

 

Not that I have 1st hand experience using them from those speeding tickets I received eight or so years back.

 

I tried every combination of keywords I could drum up but came up either short, or frustratingly long in the amount of hits.

 

Any idea who the manufacturer is?

 

Seems like this sort of thing would be handy for grabbing stuff, especially in poison oak filled areas like the Peoples Rebublic of Berkeley.

$23 sounds about right to me.

 

Any cheaper and I'd worry about quality.

 

Not that this is rational thought or anything.
