Mack's Nav-5
As mentioned in a previous post I had lost my job and was on the hunt for the "ultimate" cache....A JOB. Fortunately I have found a job but it's in North Carolina. Needless to say I have 38 caches in Georgia and don't know exactly how to handle this situation. Any feedback or persons willing to "adopt-a-cache" from me let me know (and how to do this) and I will greatly appreciate it! Thanks, Tim *Mack's NAV-5* Quote Link to comment
umc
I would start by emailing people who have found your cache along with putting a note on the cache pages that they up for grab. How much time do you have before leaving? MiGO __________________________ Caching with a clue.... Quote Link to comment
Keystone
Also: (a) get in touch with the Georgia Geocaching Association (GGA) and post on their forums, and ( post this in the South and Southeast forum. And congratulations on finding that elusive cache! |x*x-x|x*x-x|x*x-x|x*x-x|x*x-x|x*x-x|x*x-x| Keystone Approver, Geocaching.com Admin "Eschewing Entropy and Ensuring Enthalpy in the Groundspeak Forums" Quote Link to comment
Aksor+Raskol
Hey Mack, post your plea on the forums of the Georgia Geocachers Association website (ggaonline.org) with a list of the waypoints so people have an idea where your caches are located and I bet you get someone to "adopt" everyone of them. +mtn-man
This has been posted in the GGA Forums. Hopefully we can get them all adopted soon. I will probably adopt some myself. mtn-man... admin brick mason "approver of all trades" -- per Woodsters Outdoors Quote Link to comment
+Team GPSaxophone
I thought Georgia wasn't very far from North Carolina. Maybe I need to look at the map again before I head out there next year. Took sun from sky, left world in eternal darkness Quote Link to comment

Mack's Nav-5
Johnnie Lacy just called me to adopt the following caches: Cartersville Multi #2, Pitner Cache, Kenworth Micro Madness. Thanks Johnnie!!!! These are some of our favorites! We will make it official through Geocaching.com. Thanks again, Tim@Mack's NAV-5 Quote Link to comment
+oldschool
I too would like to adopt some of the caches, several of them to be exact. They are as follows: Two "Pappas" Are Better Than One, Blackwells Blackbox, Kyleigh's Mini Stash, Mack's Multi-Micro's, Roller Cache, Adam's Pipe, And Cold Cache. Hopefully I will be able to take these over so that those who have not yet found them can find them and those who have found them can know they are still there and think of the fun times they had in hunting them. They are as follows: COLD Cache, Two “Pappas” Are Better Than One, Blackwells Blackbox, Kyleigh’s Mini Stash, Mack’s Multi-Micro’s, Roller Cache, and Adam’s Pipe. Hopefully I will have the honor of being able to continue these cache’s on behalf of Mack’s Nav-5. Quote Link to comment
Bender
All of a sudden it looks like you have 38 vacation caches. We cannot have that now can we? Bender Searching, for the lost Xanadu Quote Link to comment
