Wyzyrd
Seems I can't get my avitar to display on the pages. Could it be that my machine running XP gives them a file type of JPEG instead of JPG? If so, how do I change it? Do i nedd a program to convert the filetype? HEEEEEEELP! TIA. Quote Link to comment

But I did that simply by manually typing it into the upload position. It was downloaded as a jpg... my machine saved it as a jpeg. I dunno... it seems like a "no-brainer" ... maybe I *should have* eaten my salmon when I was a kid. Quote Link to comment

Yet You simply need to pick a picture/logo/icon/image that you think you would like to represent you in some way, in what you do, or as a cacher, and upload it to your cache page, then log out and back in. THEN you go back to your cache page and choose it as your avatar, log out and in again. It's up to you to choose what image you want to use and you can follow the same procedure to change you avatar when you want to. Sometimes I find that my avatar will pertain to a certain thread and once changed the thread will have no meaning to future readers but, so what! They missed it. So have fun with it.
