True, you still have to buy Mapsend, but you'd have to do that no matter what unit you bought. There is another deal out there for $250 you can get the unit, mapping cd, SD card, d/c cable and mounting bracket. You can then get the $50 rebate. The only bad thing is that I called the company and they think the cd is Mapsend Streets which would be about useless to me so I'd have to buy Topo also which I can get for $100 with a 16 mb SD card.
