I have an ETrex Legend, it says it is WAAS enabled, do I need to do anything to turn it on or is it in the software? What do I need to know about it, I have read some things on Garmin.com but don't understand if this is something that I need to make work or if it is already working. +Vertigo Posted March 25, 2002 Share Posted March 25, 2002 Just make sure you're in normal mode and have it enabled, then everything else is automatic. You can tell that it's working by going to the satallite screen. If there is a little D by the satallite signal, that sattalite has differential information. Quote Link to comment
