Guest redd
dime a dozen, but here's a nice one that uses Javascript. Until EasyGPS support some other format than decimal degrees, this comes in handy for converting "H DD:MM.MM" or "H DD:MM SS.SS" formats to decimal degrees. Even though the site asks for the "H DD:MM SS.SS" format, you can use a decimal minute and just put 0 in for the seconds and get the same result. http://www.infohiway.com/javascript/misc/lat_lon.htm Scott redd@interbug.com http://interbug.com/pigeon Quote Link to comment
Guest topografix
Although EasyGPS doesn't support coordinate formats other than deg.deg, our other two products will handle any lat/lon or UTM format. You can try PanTerra and ExpertGPS by visiting http://www.topografix.com/download.asp Both programs will read the geocache.loc files downloaded from geocaching.com ------------------ Dan Foster TopoGrafix: GPS Software, Waypoints, and Maps http://www.topografix.com Quote Link to comment
