Guest Tomebug
I need to know two things. First: Does anyone know if one of those little cel phone patch antennas would work for a gps? (probably not, but had to ask). Second: Can I upload streetmaps into my Mag 315? Can someone recommend the best software to do so? Thanks. Quote Link to comment
Guest Geoffrey
None of those things are posible. The antenna patch that goes into the cell phone's battery compartment wont help. Also the Mag 315 does not have map memory. The basic Magellan Meridian has almost no map memory(only 2 megs), but you can plug in an SD memory card into it, so that you can download into the GPS any map you want. ------------------ My GPS Information Page: http://members.aol.com/geoffr524/myhomepage/howto.html This page has many links about GPS information for the beginner. Guest Geoffrey
If you have the M 315, you might be able to connect that to a PDA, and you would load maps into the PDA. Quote Link to comment
