Guest TNRonin
Man I was sweating it. I was afraid that I would cause it to die. You know how you can kill a piece when you flash it. Well, it went great. Got the cable for $19.00 and now I'm cooking. The maggy moves faster now also. Or at least it seems to move faster. I'm looking forward to using it and seeing the distance in feet function. Too cool. It also seems that it is more sensitive now. I can now pick up sats in the house when before I could not. I also finally got the Delorne prog to work. (make sure the nmea is turned on) It is limited, but it works for the price I paid. Ronin Also, do you think that they will have an upgrade to WAAS for the 315? Thanks. [This message has been edited by TNRonin (edited 06 August 2001).] Quote Link to comment
Guest HomeChicken
I agree with the killing it theroy! I was kinda scared to upgrade the version software that my brand new eTrex legend had already installed. But being that I just bought it I could just take it back. So I upgraded using the cable it came with and now I'm running the new version software. ------------------ Bought a eTrex Legend on 7/24/01 placed one cache Here --HomeChicken Quote Link to comment
