+NightPilot
As Blindleader said, I'm not sure why you would want a separate utility to do that, since USAPhotomaps has it built in. Quote Link to comment
+blindleader
BTW, there is a utility (can't recall the name...it's Terrasomethingorother) that works with USAPhotoMaps. What it does is allow you to enter coordinates to describe an area and it will retrieve all those files and put them into USAPhotoMaps' image directory. I ran across it. It's called TerraFetcher and it's linked on the photomaps web site. I haven't tried it yet, but apparently it allows the downloading of areas of arbitrary shape. Quote Link to comment

Yes, it was Terrafetcher that I was thinking of. GeoBC Quote Link to comment

GrosseFamille That photo really hilights the distortion you get from the sat (vs aerial) photos because the angle is far from perpendicular to the location being photographed. (At least, that's the way it looks to me). --Marky Quote Link to comment
+LeGodFather
You're right. There is an angle. I didn't make the difference between aerial and satellite photo. But for the price, I'm willing to overlook this! Ciao! GrosseFamille Quote Link to comment
