Guest JamesBR
I just got an old IBM Laptop for free. I'm don't yet know the specs on it concerning memory and speed etc, but I do know that it only has a 3.5" floppy drive...no CD Rom drive and it's running Windows 3.1. I was wondering if there is any mapping software on floppy available (that will work with my Etrex) that this computer will run? James Quote Link to comment
Guest mazda626
I'm not sure if these are mapping programs but I do know that they will fit on a floppy and will allow you to download from your GPS. Check out thier web sites to see if they have mapping features. http://www.gpsu.co.uk/download.html http://members.home.net/crh24/gps/g7towin/g7towin.htm Quote Link to comment
Guest lhocking
You might want to check out WinZip - it will allow you to compress the files down and span across as many floppies as you need. You can then expand the files to your hard drive. The web site of the same name will let download an evaluation product or a full license. Quote Link to comment
