+M-D-M Explorations Posted May 6, 2002 Share Posted May 6, 2002 Is there software available for the Palm OS similar to the variety of web sites that will take a LAT/LONG reading in one format and convert it to the other formats? I have the software for the laptop but was wondering if there was one for the PALM OS so to limit how much we carry along. Quote Link to comment
+Dan_Edwards Posted May 6, 2002 Share Posted May 6, 2002 GPSCalcand NavCalc are two great programs available from PalmGear. GPSCalc does exactly what you want conversion from one format to anouther. NavCalc is a great program for computing projected waypoints from different types of available data. It can project a waypoint the angle taken from two locations, and a couple of other waypoint projections. The only thing that could make the programs better is if it would read data directly from a GPS, but its not really much a burden to enter the data. Dan Quote Link to comment
