Guest hazmatnh
Any input on the 310 would be great, its only $99.00, would it be good to get started?? Quote Link to comment
Guest JasonW
It's as good as most others however it only allows viewing and entering postion information in 2 decimals of minutes (most geocaching is in 3 decimals, and 4 is becoming more commonplace) eg. 51°00.12' instead of 51°00.123' So with rounding error you could be upto 0.005' away from where the GPS indicates (or possibly 0.01' away from the cache - which may not sound much but it might be an appreciable area to search depending on where on the planet you're located at the time).
