Guest Ron Streeter
I have seen the pinout somewhere on the forums, but don't remember where. There are many gps sellers who also sell these cables and they are readily available. I've wondered about folks who make their own cables...the fastener on the back of the gps seems so proprietary, I can't imagine that a very effective homemade model could be fashioned, but maybe I'm wrong. Guest lostsoul
In addition to the last posting, I've used for my 315 a phone wall box, took all the connectors out. The empty box fits snuggly to the width of the 315. I even cut it more out to fit perfectly. I use screws for the contacts. I neatly wrapped black carpet tape around it and from a distance it looks nice and its functional. Quote Link to comment
