Zoe Chasers
I downloaded the Meridian 14MB map and installed on my SporTrak pro and since I somewhat know what I'm doing now I want to see what the 9MB basemap that came with my Pro has to offer in comparison. Should have saved off the file, darn it. Anyone know where it can be downloaded? Also if anyone has opinions on whether the 9MB marine-oriented stock map is a more accurate or newer basemap that would be appreciated too. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
GISPro
I got the basic file on mine, and it contains state highways, Interstate Freeways, railroads, and some major city streets. It doesn't contain any local residential streets (like the one I live on). So I don't think you're missing anything! Quote Link to comment

Thanks for your reply. I have Mapsend Topo, which gives me the detail you mention is missing. I'm just wondering if the 5MB is really worth it with that in mind... Quote Link to comment
Cracker.
You can get the ST maps as well as firmware here: http://www.navi-cache.com/sportrak_basemaps/ Just copy and paste, then remove the "-" in navi-cache.
