Looking for GPS FAQ

I have been poking around a bit on the web, trying to locate a FAQ about GPS in general. I _have_ been able to locate a somewhat useful FAQ, though it _is_ a bit dated ("the military may turn off Selective Availability in the near future, pending resolution of a bill president clinton has submitted to congress"). All issues of how legislative process works aside, I was curious as to whether anyone on the fora might have the URL for a more recent (and accurate) GPS FAQ...?
