Growley
Was just on the Garmin Website and found an update for the 76S Firmware. Still beta however. Here are the changes: Changes made from version 2.02Beta to 2.03 Beta: Fixed problem with waypoint memory corruption. Changes made from version 2.01Beta to 2.02 Beta: Increased number of user waypoints to 1000. Corrected potential shutoff on elevation plot page. Corrected battery gauge so unit would not power down when battery gauge showed half full. Improved glide ratio to calculate all the time, not just when navigating a route. Corrected problem where "Hold Level" could not be removed when using user north settings. Corrected and added various translations. Added depth labels for Isolated Danger Depths in BlueChart maps. Added EOV Hungarian and South African grids. Corrected problem where tracklog would connect last known position before powerdown to first known position at powerup. Added functionality to start, stop, or resume navigation to the route detail page option menu. Any brave soles who give it a try, let us know how things go. Quote Link to comment
Growley
Not sure what happened however, I was just on the Garmin Website and V2.03Beta is no longer showing up. Perhaps there are big bugs. Stay tuned.. Quote Link to comment
