WAAS? that stands for "World Aircraft Accident Summary"

No,No,no ... my aussie friend ... it stands for the "Wide area augmentation system" we have here in the US ... gives us a differential signal from several sat. off the coast and one over the equator ... you can pick it up in South America ... but it doesn't function correctly except in the northern hemisphere. Can give an accuracy of a couple feet dependind on where you are and sat. geometry. To answer the question ... it's not offered on the 12 series ... I wish ... but alas ... no.

The slogan goes ?Foster?s, Australian for Beer? but is brewed on 4 different continents. Fosters was first brewed by William and Ralph Foster who arrived in Melbourne from New York in 1886, been exported to the United States since 1972.

But then it sometimes depends on where one lives as the southerners and northerners have many different traits? However when it?s 100 degrees in the shade I suppose any beer (cold of course) is better than no beer at all.

Anyway WAAS is really a specific name for a WADGPS (Wide Area Differential GPS). Some more links http://avstop.com/GPS/waas.htm and http://cyberthought.com/tonytex/faq/waas.htm

Cheers, Kerry.
