+RamJetta Posted September 1, 2002 Share Posted September 1, 2002 I have been evaluating ExpertGPS for a few days. Today I registered it. I got the Confirmation e-mail and followed the instructions. The program says registration was successful. I then close the program as instructed but when I start it again it still says it is a demo. Has anyone else had this problem? I think I had to get rid of any line breaks in the license key before I cut and pasted it, or ... ??? Just try to make sure the license key is as "clean" as possible...no extra text, no extra returns, etc...I'm pretty sure that worked for me. Quote Link to comment

I have never had a software company respond so quickly to a problem, and on a holiday weekend no less . They contacted me both by e-mail and on this forum. Thanks, and keep up the good work. I seem to use it everyday, whether checking out a past route or a new cache. Great software!
