Change links for Czech maps from mapy.cz

Hello,

domain "mapy.cz" was changed to "mapy.com" in March (offical announcement at https://blog.seznam.cz/en/2025/03/the-journey-from-mapy-cz-to-mapy-com-begins/) and current domain "mapy.cz" will expire in October 2025.

Parameters in links for new domain are the same and requests are forwarded to new domain.

But it may be better to change "mapy.cz" to "mapy.com" in links "For online maps ..." for caches in Czechia on geocaching.com.

If the map is good enough for our Czech friends, it's good enough for the rest of us, right?  Just swap out the broken MapQuest link, and shazam, double win!
