Sending Answers in App No Longer Including the Cache Name and GC Code

Noticed in the last few weeks that when I send answers to a virtual or earthcache trough the official app on iPhone that it no longer includes the statement at the start "Regarding XYZ Cache GCXXXX:". Noticed messages I have been receiving from finders of my virtuals that this is missing as well. Cannot imagine trying to decipher which EC someone is messaging answers for when the CO has them all over the country/world. Is anyone else seeing this issue? Sorry if it has been discussed already.

I sent quite a few of those this week so I went back to check my messages, and it is showing the GC code and title at the top of the message where I sent the answers.

In my case I cannot rule out user error, but when I went back and checked I realized that when I sent answers to an Earth Cache, the message was indeed not including the GC number and name.

So for me it is showing on virtuals but it is not showing on Earth caches.

I noticed that a couple of weeks ago when sending answers from the field on a new EarthCache, so I added in my own "Re: " at the start of my message. When I got home and looked on the website, I saw that the "Regarding" text had been added in automatically anyway:
