How do I get an email alert every time someone logs my Adventure Lab?

I just created my first Adventure Lab. I found a setting while setting it up but now I cannot find that setting. I receive an alert when the AL is logged upon completion. But my geocaching-friend does not receive an alert whenever their AL is logged and sometimes she wishes to address the concern, specifically if people log they have an issue completing the AL.

So how does a CO trigger alerts every time someone logs an AL?

There's is no setting for that. However, if someone logs a problem with completing a location, then the owner will get a notification. There is also a notification when someone posts a review of your adventure lab.

 

Unless there's a new feature I've not heard about, what you mentioned would negate the anonymity after the first 10 finds.

I just published my first AL and the first two finds generated am email to me, which is great.

 

Another geocacher told me they WANT these alerts, but don't get them. I'll have them check their spam filter.

 

I don't understand what you mean by "negate the anonymity after the first 10 finds" as logs are not anonymous, and why ten?

Those notifications are for reviews, not finds/completions. Not everyone leaves a review after completing the adventure lab, and the owner will only get a notification if they do post a review.

And of course if someone says they can't complete a location then you will get a notification also. 

 

But there is no notification system every time someone completes the adventure lab.

 

As the owner of the adventure lab, you can see a list of the first three to complete each location, and the first 10 to complete the adventure lab. After that it's anonymous. So a notification for each time someone completed your adventure lab would negate that anonymity. I'm not supporting either side of that argument, just trying to explain what I meant. I hope that helps.

Okay, Thank You. Since I am on my first published AL, I was unaware of this. I did realize I would only get an email for a published review and not just for completing the AL because there were three of us in the group and one person did not review the AL, but did review it.
