Is it possible to upload a GPX file (exported from Cachly) into a new bookmark list on Geocaching.com?

AFAIK, that's not possible.

There's a workaround: Import the GPX into GSAK. Filter on Geocaches that are part of this GPX file. Add that filter to a Bookmark list with the help of an appropriate macro.*

* Actually, there are two macros that do this: BookMarkFilterViaMacro.gsk (click here) by KaiTeam and a macro snippet AddToBmListWrapper.gsk (click here) by me.

I know about the GSAK option, but I'm having trouble uploading my GPX file to a new database on GSAK...keep getting a "Invalid argument to date encode."  I was hoping there was an easy way to do it on the Geocaching.com site

If you have it as a list in Cachly, open it in the map, hit the three dots in the top-right, then "Add to List", then "All Caches", then tap "Online" at the top, then the plus symbol. This will create a new bookmark list and add all caches to it.

Well I'll be damned.  If that isn't the most intuitive solution.  I guess I didn't have enough caffeine yesterday.  Thanks for that.  When in doubt, ask a forum.
