Search filter bug

[+glenogilvie]

if I search with a filter of:

Geocache name contains and a value of: SM:
and 

Hidden by: glenogilvie

 

it finds 17 of my hides.  It is missing a few, such as GCB19J0 which should match the search.

Please help with this bug.

When I use the search filter and select only caches I own as a player, I see 266 results, which I would expect to see, as I own 266 caches + 5 labs (which wouldn't show up in a cache search).

 

 

If I remove all cache filters and then put my user name in the "hidden by" block, the selection above switches automatically back to "caches I own" and I see the same result.

 

When I click on my public profile, go to the caches owned tab, and click all caches owned by hzoi, I also see 266 results.

 

 

All of these are expected behavior from the site.

 

When I filter for all caches owned by @glenogilvie, I see 41 results. I also see 41 results from clicking on all caches owned from your public profile. Again, expected behavior.

 

Can you please post the link to your search results? Because both I'm using are working as they should. I'm wondering if you have another filter set that you're not seeing.

I see the same thing as the OP.  There are 23 "SM" caches hidden by the OP, but Play Search produces only 17 of them.  What did I do wrong?

 

Using the search filter "Hidden By", I see 41 caches by glenogilvie:

If I next add a filter for "SM" in the "Geocache name contains" box, it produces 17 caches:

But I manually count 23 caches that match those parameters.  Why, for example, is GCB19J0 not listed?

I would make a list of the other missing caches for comparison, but my connection is super slow at the moment, and as you mentioned, maybe there's a switch automatically being set that I missed.

When you select all hidden caches owned by glenogilvie and sort it by name then 23 caches starting with SM

 

After entering the filter with "SM" in the name only 17 are shown.

 

Following caches are missing then

 

GCB79BF SM: 4 - Maitai Bay - What a view

GCB77M9 SM: 8 - Paihia - Festivals are fun
GCB2R7M SM: 10 - Tutukaka, spot a stingray, walk the shore
GCB19J0 SM: 10.5 Bonus - rocky horror geoc???e
GCB1BB2 SM: 11 - Whangārei - how did the Punga get here
GCB25MM SM: 78 - Castlepoint - Amazing views

 

There ist probably somthing wrong in the behavior of the filter
