Searching for a geocache and then clicking on the map brings me back to search

This has been bugging me for a while. When I search for geocache on the app, and then click on the map, it always brings me back to the search function, so then I have to use the back arrow to get to the map.

I can confirm this on my Samsung S22 Android phone.  My expectation when tapping on that sliver of map, is that it should expand to show the map.  But in this instance, it returns to the search page.

The team is working on a fix for this that should be released with the next app update.
