How can I pay my subscription?

Recommended Posts

I have a legacy subscription paid through PayPal but this month it failed.  Paypal has the recurring payment marked as inactive and there is no way to reactivate it.

I'd like to pay by credit card but under Manage Premium Membership I have only the option to stop or restart recurring membership.

Paypal say there is nothing they can do.

Groundspeak don't seem to be able to understand that I can't see any option for credit card payment and just send me links back to my membership page.

Can anyone advise how I can make a one off payment using credit card or paypal?

Thanks

I was waiting for someone else to pick up on this--

The info  provided  shows that it was paid on 02 JUN 2025 and will renew on 02 JUN 2026.

I don't want to cancel the legacy subscription.  I just want to pay for it.

You probably need to press the "Stop Recurring Membership" button to set a new payment method. According to the Help Center, you will not lose your legacy price immediately:

As long as you purchase a new Premium membership within 30 days of the expiration of your previous membership, you will receive legacy pricing. If there’s a long gap (30 days or more) between the expiration date and when you renew your membership, the legacy price will not be available.
