Premium Upgrade

Hello 

 

yesterday we upgraded from basic to premium. I have the invoice and have been charged but it’s not updated my ability to see premium caches on the app. Can anyone help?

Sometimes it just takes a little time. Have you tried uninstalling and installing the app again? Or logging out and back in? 

Edit: your account is still listed as basic. So this isn't just an app issue, the payment just hasn't been processed yet. That's my guess.

It would probably be best to submit a billing/subscription inquiry using the form at https://www.geocaching.com/help/
