Have you tried uninstalling and installing the app again? Or logging out and back in? Edit: your account is still listed as basic. So this isn't just an app issue, the payment just hasn't been processed yet. That's my guess. Edited May 4 by Max and 99 Quote

+TeamRabbitRun Posted May 6 Posted May 6 Try Max's solution first. Log out and log back in. That's the most common cause of not seeing status changes on the web and in the app. We read it here all the time. Quote
