HTML character references in "Recently Viewed Caches"

I don't think this has been an issue before, so I believe this is a recent bug.

On the old "Your Profile" dashboard page, under "Recently Viewed Caches", some non-alphanumeric characters are being displayed with the HTML character reference. For example, apostrophes are replaced with "'". This isn't too bad for caches that typically only have one of those, but it's a mess for ones where the owner put in a bunch of emojis. For example, 🌍📍🚗 HAPPY BLUE SWITCH DAY 🌍📍🚗 is displayed as "🌍📍🚗 HAPPY BLUE SWITCH DAY 🌍📍🚗". I'm almost certain it didn't do this in the past. The text is as expected on other parts of that page, like under "Your Logs".
