+Chaman Calle Posted April 20 Posted April 20 Hi! I used to create some Wherigo's, but few days ago I tried to explain to ChatGPT that I wanted a cartridge that could do this this and this, and has those zones, and those inputs... And code seems good enough to start working on it. But before pushing further into the game, I wanted to test if the game compiles properly. I have used the Wherigo compiler (https://wherigofoundation.com/tools/compiler.aspx) but I always have errors. I do not know if its a problem with the code or the GWC. Even a simple game of open the game and show me a message does not work. Am I missing something? Is there any pther tool to compile LUA coding onto GWC? Quote
Ranger Fox Posted April 21 Posted April 21 I'm not sure what the output from the LLM looks like. I could take a look at it if you'd like and you're patient with my scarce free time during baseball season. I've tried using ChatGPT to generate some code. It tends to be on the right track, but nothing I would want to put into production. More like a junior engineer who is close to being promoted to a low-level software engineer. It's a jumping off point, but that's it. Quote
