Community Celebration events on the app

I cannot understand why a community celebration event does not show on the app for me (Android).  At all. And of course, since it's not even on the app map, when I filter for events it's not shown either. I have triple-checked my filters.

 

I was looking for an event to attend in April. I can see the community celebration event on the website, but it is simply not on the app at all. 

 

So I did a survey and it seems that some people can see them on the app and some of us cannot.

Just noticed on the official app that the following don't show on map. Cito, Mega, community celebration events. Plus, they are listed under settings.

 

Seems the latest update dropped them.

 

I tried logging out and logging in.

I see them and I'm using app version 9.72.0, maybe the latest update is a factor?

I am also no longer able to see Community Celebration Events on my phone since latest updates. And I can't filter to view CITO events on the map.

 

My phone version is as follows:

Version 9.73.0

I've also noticed that the app is no longer showing CITOs, Mega events, Block Party events, in addition to Community Celebration events.  How do we ensure this gets looked at by HQ?

Confirmed.  Currently at MOGA and wondered why I couldn't see half of the events.

Same here! I just published my CCE event and got the it was approved email but it's nowhere. I can look at when I look up the GC code. Following for updates.

Confirmed - v. 9.72.0 Android shows all the event types; updated to v. 9.73.0 Android on my Pixel 6 and all but traditional events are not showing up.

Update. Version 9.73.0

 

If you go to filters and select all cache types. I only get events. Deselect all types and get all event types and caches. I don't remember ever messing with settings prior. 

 

I can see all caches and events by deselecting all types.

A community celebration event is suddenly showing back on my app again but only when I deselect all types. 

Also the filter has changed since yesterday. Adventure Labs are now grouped with the other types instead of separately. 

If I a filter for event geocaches, the community celebration event does not show on the map.

Aha! Another change within the past minute. On the app filter, Adventure Labs are now grouped with the other types but events types have their separate boxes to click.

My app filter doesn't list any event types. But the map is showing them all.
