When I tried to renew my account under the old conditions, I kept getting an "ERROR 500". My husband encountered the same error message. My current premium account is still valid until April. The suggestion to look for information about the error message on X was not successful. Quote
Rock Chalk Posted March 11 Posted March 11 A 500 error is often indicative of a site outage, which is the reason for directing elsewhere for more information. But it was not helpful for you in this instance. For account issues like this, it's best to contact the staff via HQ's Help Center. Choose "01. My account" from the dropdown list. Quote
