Bug when adopting unpublished caches with reviewer notes

Hi

I have just come across a bug related to adoption and unpublished caches. GCAXK31 can be used as an example (which is still unpublished). I wrote reviewer notes on several caches today (using our local associations account as the caches are for upcoming events), and after that adopted them to my player account (as they are challenge caches so cant be submitted by the other account as it doesn't qualify).

In my player account it is showing the reviewer notes I entered using the association account are a response from a reviewer that I then need to respond to. Took me a while to figure out how (I think it occurred), but then I noticed the order of the reviewer/adoption notes is wrong. Because i'm in Australia, the reviewer note from the association account shows as todays date (Feb 9), but the adoption transfer note (which occurred afterwards) is dated Feb 8 (which for me at the moment, is yesterday). I'm guessing the adoption note is dated based on server date, not local date. Because the site thinks the original note is from a reviewer, I have to click on 'respond' and enter a junk reviewer note and save it, then I am able to click on submit for review (and have to post another reviewer note).

Not even remotely a big issue but thought I would flag it seeing as I came across it. Attached a couple of screenshots if that helps.
