Garmin Zumo XT

Hello,
does anyone here use a Garmin Zumo XT on their motorcycle and can tell me if I can transfer and display gpx files with caches on the device?

The last time I touched a Zumo, it would read the PQ as plain ole waypoints and display the waypoint name as "GC1234". Since all the "geocaching stuff" was inside Groundspeak:something tags inside the GPX extensions, they were ignored.

So I would expect it to read them, display them on a screen, and give you a way to navigate to them. I wouldn't expect to be able to unmount it, have it decode hints and log trackables and such.

IIRC, they handled POI files better than they handled GPX, though they weren't displayed on the map as well. The strategy from long ago, as with the dash-mounted Nuvis, was to load the data twice, once as plain ole GPX to see them on the map and again as POIs so you at least had the geocaching data inside the PIO files *that were written by GSAK* (or a version of GPSBabel that you modified to plop the gc data into places reserved for POI )

Simply displaying the GPX points on the map would be perfectly adequate.
I only want to drive on a certain route and have it displayed when I pass a geocache.
A Garmin 66s or a smartphone is always used for the last few meters.
POI files really seem to be more suitable than data from a GPX file.
I'll have to see how I can create POI files on the MAC.
