You absolutely can use your membership on the phone, so tell us what the message says. What are you trying to do when the message shows up? How long has it been since you paid? +k7da Posted December 24, 2024 Author Posted December 24, 2024 When i try to use my phone it tells me that i need a premium member. and won't let me log caches.. this is when i just bring up the app. all works ok on my computer. i payed my dues last sept and if i look at my stats from the icon in the upper right of a cache page it shows 09/27/2025. This seems to be a problem with Groundspeak as i have a friend with the same problem. Quote

Sorry, but I just cannot see your membership expiration on your profile. Edit: I just used the app to "try" to log a PM only cache, and nothing seemed amiss for me. So i try to pay maualy through PayPal, still doesn't work. I tried it from official app, Google money transfer was Done, but PM doesn't work And official app sais: there are some issues. Now i try to pay by card. The same situation! Money were send And PM doesn't work. No answers from GS.
