Geocaching web site

For years the Geocaching web site has come up perfectly for me.

However these last few days it has not.

Please see the attachment to view what a cache web site looks like now for me.

I am using an Apple  iMac OS 14.2.1 Sonoma

I have tried everything I can think of ... along with using a different browset.

Any idea sure will be appreciated.

Your screenshot shows the geocaching app, installed on your Mac. Did you recently download the app from the Mac App store?

No I did not.  Have been signing into the web site for years  with this MAC.with no issue.  Then suddenly this happened

What happens if you click "Open in browser" from that App?

Somehow you are using the app. Switch to browser.

I did as suggested .... I switched to browser and that brought the cache web site up just fine.

Any idea how to fix this?  I am fairly MAC smart but this has me snowed.

You nailed it. 

I looked in the HD applications file and sure enough there was a Geocaching App.

Not a clue how it got there.
Defeated it and all is back to normal when clicking on a cache URL.
