I had a location go bad and need to replace it so i still five locations.

i think i should have edited the bad location to make a new one but I deleted it before i could change it.

now what do i do to add a new location?

As far as I know , there's nothing you can do. This is why the builder warns you to not delete or add a location once someone has played your adventure. You can edit it all you want though.

I was just wondering about this, as I have one location that's part of my first published Adventure Lab that I may need to change.  Timely, and helpful.  I will NOT delete thelocation, just edit it to one that works better!!

This page of the AL Builder Guide makes me shake my head :( .

  • Why do they even mention the "Private" state, when it's no longer available?
  • Why is the orange warning still not enforced by the Web UI and/or AL backend? The system presumably knows if an AL location has already been completed. If so, it could easily reject any attempt by the ALO to delete that location. Similarly, adding locations should be forbidden as soon anyone has completed the AL.

I agree.
