TiaWild
When I move the map in some areas, if I search for caches, they appear but after the map is zoomed at maximum value. This doesn't happened always but only in some areas. Here if you search for caches, everything is normal. Here if you search for caches, map is zoomed: (Before) (After) I tried with different computers (Windows 11, Windows 7). Quote Link to comment
+GeoTrekker26
Have you set your home location? It may or may not fix your problem but it helped someone else with a similar problem. Note it doesn’t have to be your exact location if you have concerns about sharing it. Quote Link to comment
TiaWild
Yes, my home location is already set. Thanks for your tip Quote Link to comment
+barefootjeff
I'm seeing a similar thing if I go to my profile, select all my finds and then click on the Map geocaches button. This worked okay last week but now zooms right out to cover most of the world. All my finds are in eastern Australia and New Zealand, but curiously it doesn't include latter. Quote Link to comment

Can you please provide me with more details on what exactly you are trying to do? Based on the URL, you are searching for a specific cache, GCB0QQM. If I do that, and then map the search results, the map is zooming in right on that specific cache, which is the expected behavior. Quote Link to comment

I have noticed multiple times errors in zooming after using "View larger map". But yesterday, when I tried to reconstruct this behaviour, I didn't see any problem. It happened after pressing "Search this area". The focus jumped far away. Now I can not see this happening. Edited Thursday at 12:05 PM by arisoft Quote Link to comment
