+bartman007uk Posted February 23, 2003 Posted February 23, 2003 As the Heathrow bug hotel is currently closed (very sensible) and as I am off on holiday very soon, if anyone has a Travel bug with small hitchhiker, that would like to go live in New Zealand, then get in touch. Bugs will need to reach me by the 3rd March, the clock is ticking. When they want rain, native Americans do a dance. When I go geocaching, it rains. Is there a link? Quote
+BigNick Posted February 24, 2003 Posted February 24, 2003 Where are you heading to in New Zealand? I hope you enjoy your stay and enjoy any caches that you do while you are here - we don't have quite as many as in the UK, but our collection is growing. The maps at nzcaches.tk may help plan some to hit. Cheers Nick. Quote
+Travers Posted February 24, 2003 Posted February 24, 2003 I would love to visit New Zealand but I think I'm too big to masquerade as a Travel Bug! ...has anyone any plans to put some air tickets in a UK cache? Quote

+Lassitude Posted February 26, 2003 Posted February 26, 2003 I have a bug called Lassitudes Legionnaire which is currently at Island Rock in Aukland. If you do get it please bring it home! If not don't worry about it too much. It is really being moved about right now. Thanks Chris LASSITUDE- (noun) Tiredness and apathy: a state of weariness accompanied by listlessness or apathy[15th century. Via French from Latin lassitudo , from lassus 'weary'.] Quote
