Allow Transferring Credits

Currently Many Premium Members have a Credit Available to create an Adventure Lab but have no inkling to create one.  Make it an option that those of us wanting to create another the ability to have the credit transferred from another willing Member.

When is your 90 days up to get another credit? You don't want to wait that long?

I think being able to create one every 90 days (4/year) is pretty reasonable. If they were a cache type that is reviewed that would be different, but if people had the option to make basically unlimited ALs that could cause some issues. Many would just make AL art in one spot (not saying that you would) that goes against what the goals of Adventure Labs are trying to be.

Yeah, don't think of it as an "unused credit" as in an empty AL that is sitting around unused. Think of it as an earned permission to create one. The window of waiting is part of earning it.
