Find the owner of an unidentified geocache/Löydä tunnistamattoman geokätkön omistaja

Greetings. My muggle relative discovered an unknown geocache at coordinates 61°16'34.3"N 24°00'39.0"E, Valkeakoski, Finland, next to the lake of Lotila. The cache is an opened tube covered in foil. It was on the ground and presumably fell or was taken from a big spruce. There were also three paper strips with only one note on them, a broken lighter and a hanger that fits in the tube. I was unable to find a normal cache near the coordinates or any notes of missing among the area's mystery caches. If anyone has an idea on how I can find the owner, I'll be happy to return the cache to them.

 

Tervehdys. Jästisukulaiseni löysi tuntemattoman geokätkön osapuilleen koordinaateista 61°16'34.3"N 24°00'39.0"E, Valkeakoskelta, Suomesta, Lotilanjärven rannalta. Kätkö on foliolla peitetty putkilo, joka oli avoinna maassa ja oletettavasti pudonnut/otettu isosta kuusesta. Löytyi myös kolme paperisuikaletta joissa oli vain yksi merkintä, rikkinäinen sytkäri ja putkiloon sopiva ripustin. En onnistunut löytämään yhtään normikätköä koordinaattien lähettyviltä tai huomaamaan kateissa-merkintää alueen mysteerikätköjen kohdalla. Jos kukaan tietää kuinka löytää omistaja, palautan kätkön mielihyvin.
