App TEST not working after update on 1st November 2024

After updating the Adventure App for iOS 1.39.0 build 4729 and Android 1.39.0 build 4427, sequential labs using a "TEST" link do not process the answer to stage 1 - the answer appears to have been accepted, but no completion message is displayed and the App does not progress to stage 2.

 

This is a serious bug introduced by the App update applied on November 1st 2024 . Please resolve quickly.

Pleased to see problem has been resolved for iOS following another update.
 

Problem update = iOS 1.39.0 build 4729

Resolved update = iOS 1.39.1 build 4740
 

I reported the problem to GCHQ but they denied there was an issue, instead stating it must be an old Test Link!! Yet, several of us experienced the same problem using different Test Links … now, after we updated to the latest iOS version the problem is resolved!

 

Android update is not yet available to me in the Play Store, so my device is still showing the problem with Android 1.39.0 build 4427.

Pleased to see the Android Lab App was updated this morning (7/11/2024) and the Test Link issue is now resolved!
