Unable to log a trackable grab/retrieve

Can some tell me why when grabbing the trackable from GC9ERCV I’m only able to log a message and unable to log a grab/retrieve to note its movement?  I have it in my possession to move to another location, I cannot log anything to show it’s moved.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks the.kelwels

I don’t see the tracking code entered in the field at the top. Once you do that, the other options should enable.

I have the same problem!!!!!

I am not going to quote the TB code, however its visible (non-loggable) code is TB6RAVB. 
A geofriend whom I know personally - dropped it off at a Xmas meet and greet event. I retrieved it and showed my photo to that previous geocacher who confirmed it.

However I couldn't log the TB code to retrieve it, nor discover it. The only option is "Write Note".

 

This is really weird if the TB is already marked "dropped off" earlier this month.

On the app, write note is the only option until you enter the code. Are you using the app or website?
