+lathiat Posted October 23, 2024 Posted October 23, 2024 Very often I find myself wanting to load a cache owners profile, most commonly this is because I want to check their "Last Visited" and Premium status to determine if it it's really worth logging a maintenance request or sending them a direct message about a cache (whether it's for help, a query, or a minor maintenance request). But also sometimes I am interested to know more about them, see their other caches, etc. While this is easy to do from the actual cache page on the official website, you cannot click usernames from the preview inside the map view on the website. Additionally while you can click the username in the app, you can only send them a message and cannot open their profile in your browser from that view. So my specific request is to Make cache owner usernames clickable in all contexts, in particular the left hand cache preview pane on the website map view While you're at it, fix the missing space between "Placed by" and the username in that same view Add a button to the user profile view in the app (which shows a send message button/hides/finds) to open that users profile on the website in your browser/Safari, ideally this would be one-click and not two-click (currently to open a cache page from the app on the website, you have to two click to access the "share" button). Consider also adding Last Visited date to the app's profile view, same as you can already see on the website. Premium Status would be nice too but possibly asking too much 1 1 3 Quote
